  1. Firstly roughly break the bread into pieces with your hands then grind them in a mixture grinder. (make bread-crumbs out of it)
  2. Now take a pan, add 1 tbsp of ghee and 1 tbsp of oil to it. Then add mustard seeds & curry leaves. Let them splutter, then add chopped onion, green chilies. Add a little salt. Saute it for a minute then add chopped capsicum. Fry them for a while.
  3. Then add bread-crumbs to it. Now add a little salt, powdered sugar, turmeric powder. Mix everything well. Remember bread contains salt too so be careful with the salt proportions.
  4. Now sprinkle some water over it and cover the pan and cook it on a low flame for 2 to 3 mins. Then garnish it with some chopped coriander leaves. Give it a mix and Serve it hot.
