In a deep bowl firsty mix the yeast and sugar in lukewarm water mix it and rest it for 10-12 mins once activated add flour, salt and olive oil knead it to form a smooth dough(make sure the water is lukewarm hence won't activate the yeast). knead roughly around 13-15 mins.
  6. Now allow it to rest for a minimum of 1-2 hours or if you have time allow it to double in size. Make balls of it as we make in chapati cover all the balls and allow to rest for alteast half an hour now roll like chapatis but not very thin and bake it on 190°c for 10 mins if you are using whole wheat flour and 6-8 mins if using all-purpose flour or according to your oven keep a close eye on it.
